People Acting To Help (PATH) is a community behavioral health center in Northeast Philadelphia that provides drug and alcohol treatment for adults and adolescents.
PATH treats substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and trauma-focused approaches.
The center delivers flexible, integrated care designed to meet people wherever support is needed whether in the office, the community, or at home.
Outpatient Drug and Alcohol Treatment
PATH offers outpatient substance use services for adults and for adolescents ages 12 and older including those with co-occurring mental health needs.
Care includes counseling sessions along with psychiatric evaluation and medication appointments when indicated.
Sessions incorporate proven methods like CBT and Motivational Interviewing, paired with relapse prevention planning and trauma-focused therapy to address root causes.
Dual-Diagnosis and Adolescent Support
PATH specializes in co-occurring substance use and mental health care, with family-inclusive treatment for adults and youth.
The organization also runs an adolescent residential program for young men ages 15 to 18 facing serious mental health concerns and possible substance use, building daily routines and independent-living skills.
Specialized Russian-language services are available for adults.
