Parallax Center, Inc. is an outpatient addiction treatment center in New York, New York, offering supervised detoxification and substance use treatment at its location in Manhattan.

The center serves adults and young adults, including adult men, adult women and transitional-age young adults.

Parallax also addresses co-occurring mental health disorders and offers a dedicated LGBTQ focused recovery group covering identity, stigma, trauma, relationships and wellness.

Parallax Center is in Manhattan at 145 East 32nd Street, 6th Floor, New York, NY. Services are offered in person and via telehealth, five days a week with evening and weekend hours available.

Parallax accepts most private insurance, HMOs, managed care plans and Medicaid, including Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Healthfirst, UHC and others.

They do not work with 1199 or Medicare, and out-of-pocket pricing is available by contacting the office.
