Ontrack Rogue Valley Medford

OnTrack Rogue Valley Medford, now part of Continuum Behavioral Health & Recovery Services is an outpatient addiction treatment center in Medford, Oregon offering substance use, mental health and co-occurring disorder care for adolescents and adults.

Services include regular outpatient and intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, assessment and referral, and early intervention programs such as DUII and MIP.
