About One Eighty
One Eighty is a faith-based addiction treatment center in Davenport, Iowa for adults in the Quad Cities area who are seeking recovery from substance use and rebuilding stability after crisis, poverty or incarceration. The organization offers a long-term residential recovery program for men and women along with sober living and alumni support designed to sustain sobriety over time. With a community and Christian approach, One Eighty integrates spiritual formation, life skills training, workforce readiness and case management to help participants build a new foundation for lasting recovery.
Residential Recovery Programs
Treatment begins with a year to fourteen month residential recovery program where participants live on campus in a family-like atmosphere with peer and staff support. During this time, residents work with mental health advisors, attend support groups and engage in one-on-one mentoring and Bible studies as part of their daily structure.
Healing and Reintegration
The program emphasizes both healing and practical reintegration, offering seven months of workforce readiness training, job placement assistance and classes in budgeting, nutrition, relationships, communication and self-care. Participants also receive support accessing state insurance and medical care, and can transition into Stability Housing (60 affordable sober living units near campus) after graduation.
Services are free and room rent is charged only if or when participants have income. Guests have private rooms, on-campus Stability Housing units, alumni recovery lounge (The Zone) and parking access.
