CADS Center for Alcohol and Drug Services is a division of UnityPoint Health and offers outpatient addiction treatment services at their Locust facility in Davenport, Iowa. Here you’ll find a variety of programs for adults and adolescents including prevention services, outpatient addiction treatment, a DUI course, and continuing care. CADS has specialized programs dedicated to the adolescent population.

CADS Believes That Addiction Is a Treatable Illness

CADS can help you with support for every step of your recovery journey. Each program enrollment begins with an evaluation to see which stage of change you’re in. Your outpatient treatment program will include a combination of group and individual therapy sessions. In groups you’ll learn about your interpersonal stressors and make connections with peers who have similar experiences.

The Iowa Course for Drinking Drivers
Prime for Life is a course designed for individuals who have endured legal charges for drinking and driving. The course is 12 hours and combines lectures, discussions, assignments, and audiovisual components. To accommodate schedules, CADs often offers this course on Saturdays and Sundays. While enrolled in this course, you’ll examine your drinking patterns and your choices to drink and drive.
