Northpoint Washington Edmonds

Northpoint Recovery Washington is an inpatient facility that provides substance use disorder (SUD) treatments to help people overcome addiction in Edmonds, Washington. It is part of the larger Northpoint Recovery Network which provides both inpatient and outpatient addiction treatment in Colorado, Idaho, Nebraska, and Washington state. If you’re in Washington and prefer outpatient care, there is an alternate location in Seattle that is designated for that.

Supportive Detox Services

Northpoint Washington provides detox services for people struggling with both alcohol or drug addiction. This can include medication assisted treatment (MAT) depending on the severity of your addiction. Opting for MAT can help you avoid more unpleasant side effects or withdrawal symptoms which can otherwise derail your sobriety efforts.

Alternatively, if your addiction is mild, you may prefer Northpoint’s holistic program which doesn’t rely on medications but instead takes a three point approach to recovery. This includes nutritional therapy, exercise, and supplemental treatments which can include yoga or meditation.

Professional and Peer Support
Another key feature with Northpoint is that you have intensive access to counseling, therapy, and support. Professional support includes dual diagnosis care along with individual, group, and family counseling. But during your time in the program, you’re also surrounded by other people also working towards sobriety.

This means they understand the struggles you’re facing, so you’ll have a community. And, as you move through recovery and achieve sobriety, this can hopefully become a support network you can lean on as you finish the program and return to normal life. Once you complete the program, you can opt to transition to the Northpoint outpatient program in Seattle for additional counseling and care.
