Nooksack Indian Tribe – Genesis II in Everson, Washington, is a state certified, culturally informed outpatient addiction treatment program serving individuals and families impacted by substance use.

What Sets Genesis II Apart

The program follows a trauma informed approach that recognizes the impact of trauma on substance use and recovery while providing compassionate and confidential care. Harm reduction services include free Narcan nasal spray distribution and overdose prevention.
Clients may also connect with the Nooksack Way of Life program, which features cultural activities such as drum making, weaving, beading, powwow dancing, canoeing and traditional food gathering as part of a broader prevention to recovery continuum.
Genesis II is staffed by Certified Chemical Dependency Professionals along with clinical and support personnel, including a fitness recovery coach.
Located in Everson, Washington, near Deming and approximately 15 miles east of Bellingham, the program accepts Medicaid, TRICARE, private insurance, self pay and financial assistance.
