LSS - Off the Square Club is a dual diagnosis mental health and addiction recovery community center located in Madison, Wisconsin. Serving adult men and women. Drug rehab programs include peer support, counseling, community referrals, employment assistance, crisis stabilization, basic needs and resources, and aftercare support. CARF accredited. Medicaid, Tricare, commercial insurance plans, and self pay accepted. Sliding scale payment assistance is also available.
