About Juel Fairbanks Recovery Services
Juel Fairbanks Recovery Services is a nonprofit addiction treatment center in Saint Paul, Minnesota offering residential, outpatient and supportive housing programs for men recovering from substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions.

Culturally Responsive Addiction Programs
Care often begins with a Minnesota 245G licensed, 90 day low intensity residential program for men, featuring 24 beds and structured daily programming.
Clients may also enter directly into outpatient treatment, a 200 hour 12 step program with group sessions and weekly individual counseling.
Programming includes individual and group counseling, co-occurring education, anger management and living skills, recovery maintenance and aftercare coordination.
Native cultural practices such as smudging, pipe ceremonies and Talking Circle, Red Road and Wellbriety are woven throughout treatment alongside acupuncture, recreational therapy and daily meditation.
