About House of Hope of Nebraska
House of Hope of Nebraska offers addiction treatment and recovery support in Lincoln, Nebraska. The team provides a range of services including transitional living, outpatient treatment and intensive case management for adults impacted by substance use and mental health disorders. The center also offers a men's halfway house and peer support to help guests remain sober.
Targeted Recovery Care
The organization provides a transitional living (halfway house) program for adult men early in recovery where they can spend time with others in a community homelike setting. The center includes outpatient treatments that address co-occurring mental health concerns and Targeted Adult Services Coordination (TASC) for intensive case management. Certified Peer Support Specialists are available to support clients through outpatient services, and Spanish-language outpatient services are offered for greater accessibility.
Gender-Specific Setting
The transitional living program serves adult men following completion of primary substance use treatment. Outpatient services welcome adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health needs, and TASC case management supports high-utilizers with chronic conditions seeking stabilization and community integration.
Residents live in an alcohol- and drug-free environment while participating in individual and group counseling and working toward employment and independent living skills. The structured setting serves as a step-down support after primary treatment, helping men transition back to the community with ongoing accountability and peer encouragement.
House of Hope accepts Medicaid, federal and state funding, private insurance and self-pay. A sliding fee scale based on income is available for eligible participants in the transitional living program.
