Family Centered Treatment
Substance users often find themselves in conflict with their families because of resentment or actions and words spoken while under the influence. Family therapy is offered to resolve conflicts and will help you reconcile with your family in a nonjudgmental way.
The Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT) program will help your family create a recovery environment and a sober environment to support your treatment. Relatives are taught how to properly interact, provide positive reinforcement, communicate effectively, and understand underlying issues and addictive behavior.
The program also teaches family members how to promote their own physical and mental health during the process. Sessions can be at the clinic, over the phone, or virtually via telehealth.
Substance Use Treatment and Services
Medication assisted treatment (MAT) is used here to reduce withdrawals and cravings. Medications prescribed include buprenorphine, Vivitrol, and Sublocade.
Peer advocates have had the same experiences as you with addiction and substance use. Your advocate will share experiences, advice, and give you hope for a successful recovery.
Other services include psychiatry, treatment for co-occurring disorders, and DWI assessments. A therapy dog program uses interaction with dogs to release bonding and happiness hormones while decreasing stress.
