About Salvation Army Cleveland Harbor Light Complex
The Salvation Army offers a grassroots outreach program for homeless people in Cleveland, Ohio. This is called Harbor Light Center and treatment is free. They have a sub-acute detox unit that is certified by the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services. They also offer an intensive outpatient program. The goal of this program is to help individuals break their bonds to addiction and be restored to healthy daily routines. Reuniting with family, finding work and healing yourself is also a focus.
