Recovery Support Services at FAVOR Upstate
Rather than providing clinical treatment FAVOR offers peer recovery support that includes one-on-one guidance, recovery planning, and referrals to treatment options that fit each person's needs.
The Greenville Center hosts All-Recovery Meetings in-person and via Zoom that welcome those pursuing any type of recovery as well as dedicated family meetings and support groups for loved ones navigating a family member's substance use.
Clients can access a confidential helpline to speak with a Recovery Specialist, join weekly meetings, or receive community based outreach through initiatives such as harm reduction tool distribution and free Narcan as well as HIV/Hepatitis C testing.
FAVOR's Assertive Community Engagement team meets people in hospitals and jails, shelters, and neighborhoods to provide immediate support.
