About Lifelong East Bay Community Recovery Project
LifeLong East Bay Community Recovery Project is a nonprofit substance use and mental health treatment organization serving Oakland and Hayward, California. The program provides residential and outpatient services for low income individuals and families with co-occurring disorders.
The organization accepts Medi-Cal, Medicare, and several private insurance plans. Sliding scale fees and payment assistance are available and are based on income.
Additional Health Care Services
The East Bay Community Recovery Project specializes in treating underserved clients who have been affected by addiction, mental illness, and incarceration. Clients receive access to behavioral health, primary medical, dental, and HIV care through a partnership with LifeLong Medical Care.
Treatment combines evidence based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma counseling. Sessions focus on addiction education, relapse prevention, life skills development, and addressing underlying mental health conditions.
Project Pride Treatment for Mothers
Project Pride offers a residential program for pregnant and parenting women, allowing children up to age six to stay with their mothers during treatment. This family centered model helps women maintain crucial bonds while receiving care for substance use and co-occurring disorders. Priority is given to pregnant women.
