About DISC Village Juvenile Outpatient
DISC Village Juvenile Outpatient is an adolescent substance use treatment program in Tallahassee, Florida providing outpatient care for youth ages 10 to 18 facing substance misuse and co-occurring mental health challenges.
The program offers counseling and case management with a dedicated juvenile drug court track. As part of a long standing North Florida nonprofit DISC Village delivers family and school connected care built on evidence based practices.
Youth Addiction and Court Ordered Programs
An assessment is followed by placement in a structured six to twelve week outpatient program. For justice involved teens the Juvenile Drug Court pathway adds court monitoring, urinalysis screening, and community service requirements alongside counseling.
Clients can expect cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing, relapse prevention and trauma related counseling, harm reduction strategies, and substance education.
Family engagement, school coordination, and aftercare support are central with referrals to higher levels of care available when clinically appropriate.
