Coastal Horizons Center is a nonprofit addiction treatment center in Wilmington, North Carolina offering outpatient substance use care and medication for opioid use disorder with integrated behavioral health services.

Clinica Latina and DWI Services

Care typically begins with a confidential assessment that guides clients to the appropriate level of support from regular outpatient counseling to a structured 12 week SAIOP/IOP for adults.

The Wilmington site is also home to a licensed opioid treatment program providing methadone, buprenorphine, and ongoing medical monitoring.

Clients can expect counseling and case management, psychiatric evaluation and peer support, and relapse prevention. Integrated treatment for co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, DWI services, and Spanish language care through Clinica Latina are also available.
