Comunidades Latinas Unidas en Servicio (CLUES) is a Latino led nonprofit offering culturally responsive substance use treatment in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The program blends bilingual and bicultural service delivery with evidence based and trauma informed approaches.
MOUD and Integrated Psychiatry
Clients can access regular and intensive outpatient services, medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD), and integrated psychiatry with medication management. Treatment includes counseling and peer support as well as educational classes and relapse prevention.
Clinicians use Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and trauma informed care with family centered planning and care coordination to address mental health and substance use together.
