Cleveland Christian Home Residential and Community Based Services

Cleveland Christian Home operating as The Centers' H.O.P.E. Campus is a youth behavioral health program serving children and adolescents across Cuyahoga County and beyond.

The campus offers trauma-informed treatment and co-occurring disorder care for young people navigating child welfare, juvenile justice and behavioral health systems.

This integrated community of care focuses on prevention, stabilization, education, family engagement and lasting healing for some of Ohio's most vulnerable youth.

Trauma-Informed Residential Care

The H.O.P.E. Campus specializes in residential care for children and adolescents facing trauma, abuse, neglect, serious emotional disturbance and placement instability.

This three-story facility offers up to 54 beds with each youth given a private bedroom in a therapeutic, home-like environment.

Care centers on trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy alongside counseling, therapy and diagnostic assessment.

Around-the-clock nursing, psychiatric oversight and an on-site Federally Qualified Health Center support each young person's stabilization and recovery.

Family Engagement and Aftercare

Families are woven into treatment through family team meetings, family counseling and the Family Finding model.

The program also provides trauma-focused aftercare support for up to six months after discharge, along with on-site education, wellness and enrichment programming to help youth heal and reconnect.
