Detox

Detox treatment runs a different course for each person, and for people in Alabama its timing depends on the substance involved.

Inpatient / residential

Each day in inpatient care follows a steady rhythm of therapy and rest. How long someone stays varies by program and by what each person needs.

Partial hospitalization (PHP)

People who need steady daytime support but are ready to sleep at home often choose partial hospitalization. Each evening ends with a return to familiar surroundings and rest.

Outpatient

Outpatient addiction treatment fits people with mild, stable needs who have support at home and want help without leaving their routines.

Co-occurring disorders

When both conditions are present, care can pair talk therapy with psychiatric support so the two work toward one shared aim.
