VAMC Childersburg CBOC provides mental health and dual diagnosis treatment to Veterans in Bessemer, Alabama. They offer outpatient treatment services and can provide same day support if needed. All treatment begins with a confidential assessment. VAMC Childersburg CBOC offers treatment for a wide variety of mental health concerns including PTSD, depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction issues. Individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy are provided. Telehealth services are available for individuals who cannot attend in person if appropriate for the level of care needed. VAMC Childersburg CBOC is accredited by CARF.
