The program offers medication treatment and counseling with focused care for opioid use, alcohol and other substances, and co-occurring mental health conditions.
With decades of experience, Carnegie Hill provides person-centered, harm reduction-based care in a discreet and judgment-free setting.
Outpatient Addiction Treatment
Carnegie Hill Institute operates two distinct outpatient programs under one roof including an Opioid Treatment Program on the lower level and a Chemical Dependency Outpatient Program on the main floor.
Medication-assisted treatment options include methadone, Suboxone, buprenorphine and naltrexone, paired with counseling and aftercare support.
Sessions offer proven methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, contingency management and anger management.
Treatment is tailored to short and long-term goals with peer mentoring, discharge planning and naloxone education to support sustained recovery.
Behavioral Health and Specialty Support
Beyond drugs and alcohol, Carnegie Hill addresses behavioral concerns including gambling, technology use, tobacco and sexual behaviors, as well as court- and DUI-related needs.
The team also works with trauma-exposed and forensic-involved clients offering confidential care that respects each person's circumstances.
Located in a historic area the institute offers in-person outpatient care with telehealth availability and services in English and Spanish.
