The Clearpath opioid treatment program offers methadone based medication assisted treatment for opioid use disorder, including specialized support for pregnant women.

CADT's detox and Clearpath services are delivered in person at 1402 East Superior Street in Duluth, with virtual options available for select outpatient and assessment services and 24/7 interpretation support.
The facility accepts Medicaid and private insurance, TRICARE and government funding, and gambling treatment is free for Minnesota residents.
