Outpatient Care in Springfield

Plan on 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, if you're coming in. On Monday through Thursday, a day that ends at 8 p.m. leaves room for you to come after a shift.

Telehealth therapy is offered as well.

Murney Clinic's outpatient rehab in Springfield includes intensive outpatient treatment and partial hospitalization, which is day treatment. Those served there include pregnant or postpartum women, veterans and military families, and LGBTQ people.

Medication for opioid use disorder is available, and the medications used include buprenorphine, naltrexone and acamprosate.

Peer support, housing services and overdose education with naloxone are available as recovery support.
