About Brighter Day Community Health Services
Brighter Day Community Health Services, formerly known as New Horizon, is located in Gary, Indiana. This facility serves adolescents and adults who need support for a mental health struggle or a substance use disorder. Care is offered in an outpatient setting and includes education and prevention services and counseling in both individualized and group settings. If you need more robust services, there is an intensive outpatient program that provides more intensive support including routine drug screening and and skills development.
