About Bridgeway Community Health

Bridgeway Recovery Services is a behavioral healthcare provider for individuals struggling with their mental health or who have a substance abuse disorder. You’ll have access to detox, residential, and outpatient treatment here. They provide individualized care, and while everyone's path to recovery will look different, the care team here does a good job pinpointing the best approach to help you succeed.

Whole Person Care For Long Term Healing

Their approach to addiction recovery is one that recognizes the need for compassionate, whole person care that incorporates medication support or medical intervention when necessary. Some people might start with medically monitored detox, while others simply need a supportive community through outpatient or group counseling sessions.

As you start your treatment plan, you'll work with an integrated team including addiction specialists who provide thoughtful support, helping you understand what your past struggles were and what your recovery goals are.

If you're receiving detox or residential treatment, you'll find a helpful environment to move through recovery. Supports include chef-prepared meals, support through recreational activities, access to peer mentorship, and the opportunity to experience what a healthy, productive and sober life looks and feels like.

Access to Regular Support Groups

Bridgeway Recovery Services does a good job offering a variety of support groups to help you connect with others facing similar struggles. These groups cover a myriad of topics, including how to manage stress or regulate your mood.

They also regularly host NA and AA meetings, as well as topics on domestic violence, relapse prevention, and other hot button topics for individuals in recovery. There's a support group going on nearly every day of the week, and some of these counseling sessions happen virtually as well.

Levels of care

Detox
People beginning recovery often start with detox, which is a first stage rather than a whole treatment. It clears the way for the deeper work that follows.
Outpatient
If fuller programs feel like too much, outpatient care in Oregon asks less of the week. More of ordinary life happens outside of the counseling room.
Aftercare support
Aftercare support across Oregon centers on relapse prevention, giving a person steady help through the early months of recovery.
Co-occurring disorders
Treatment looks at a substance use disorder alongside depression, anxiety, trauma or PTSD, or bipolar disorder as one connected picture.
