About Accessing New Choices for Housing Opportunities and Recovery

ANCHOR is a Level III residential program of Aspire Health Partners a behavioral health organization serving adults in Orange County, Florida.

The program supports chronically homeless men and women living with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders.

Operated in collaboration with Orange County Government ANCHOR pairs recovery support with housing stability to help vulnerable adults rebuild their lives.

Residential Recovery for Homeless Adults

ANCHOR specializes in integrated housing and recovery services for chronically homeless adults with co-occurring disorders.

As part of the Orange County Central Receiving Center system it provides Level III residential care that bridges crisis, detox and outpatient referrals into structured recovery support.

Residents receive therapy, case management, recovery support and medication observation in a private residential setting.

This approach addresses both substance use and mental health needs while offering the stability that lasting recovery requires.

Employment and Community Support

Beyond clinical care, ANCHOR connects residents to housing assistance, employment support and AA and NA meetings.

As part of the broader Aspire network it also links to assessment, detox and medication services across Central Florida.

This wraparound model helps participants move toward independence and long-term stability.

Levels of care

Inpatient / residential
Once a person steps away from daily stress and triggers, inpatient care keeps that space steady while recovery work continues.
Outpatient
Floridians with steady home support can expect outpatient weeks built around scheduled sessions and everyday life.
Aftercare support
Aftercare support welcomes family members into the process, helping the whole household adjust to life after treatment. Family sessions can teach loved ones how to help without taking over.
Co-occurring disorders
Sessions can also include medication management alongside therapy. It is one part of treating a substance use disorder and a mental health condition together.
