LifeStance Health provides substance abuse and mental health counseling. They are located in Southfield, Michigan. Most insurers including ComPsych, Cigna, BCBS and more are accepted. LifeStance Health provides detox services for those who want to quit using substances. During your counseling sessions, you’ll develop healthy thinking patterns and also unpack what led to your addiction. I like that you can have your appointments virtually or in person. Your recovery will be overseen by a team of mental health and medical professionals who’ll work together for you.
