About Addiction Treatment Outpatient
Addiction Treatment Outpatient (ATOPS) is an addiction and mental health treatment organization with facilities in six states, including its residential facility in Centennial, Colorado. It’s been around since 1993.
The facility is newly renovated and situated in a small suburb. I see that treatment services are for individuals aged 18 and older. Clients receive medically monitored detox, medication assisted therapy (MAT), and treatment for co-occurring mental health issues.
This Joint Commission accredited organization accepts most private insurance. The Medicaid coverage is different for each of its locations, so contact them first if you’re using Medicaid.
Centennial is family friendly with a historic, walkable downtown area and extensive walking and hiking trails. Willow Creek and its nearby parks are just down the road.
Addiction Treatment With Spiritual Care for Recovery in Centennial
The staff believes in treating spirit, body, and mind, and I notice this includes a spiritual treatment element. They base their approach on the understanding that spirituality is something beyond religion. The program is rooted in the spiritually based 12 Step model.
Safe and Compassionate Addiction Treatment
Clients have good things to say about the program. One client said, “I love this place [sic] they really help me better understand addiction.” Another said, “This place helped me tremendously and got me back to living life again. Best care I’ve ever received.”
