ACT Wellness Center in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, is a Suboxone treatment and counseling center. They are licensed by the State of Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services as an opioid treatment facility. The clinic is recognized by ASAM, SAMHSA and NAABT. Pregnant patients are welcome with a doctor’s note.

BlueCare TennCare, Wellpoint TennCare and United Healthcare TennCare are accepted insurances. They offer three self payment options of $100 weekly, $200 biweekly or $357 monthly.

The clinic is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Hours on Monday are 8:00 am to 7:00 pm and Tuesday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Suboxone Treatments for Opioid Addiction

Physician services include Suboxone treatment. There will be an initial period of finding the right dose for you. In the event of a relapse, physicians and counselors will work together to strengthen your treatment.

During the first 30 days you will be required to have four weekly visits. After this period one visit per month may be sufficient.
Suboxone is a combination of two medications, buprenorphine and naloxone. Buprenorphine works by reducing withdrawal symptoms and cravings, and naloxone works by blocking opioid receptors.

It has been proven that Suboxone treatment is more effective with counseling. Counseling is used to work on mental health issues that may be causing substance use. You will have a recovery plan which includes sobriety, skill building and working on social and family relationships.

Free Support for Daily Living

Recovery support services can assist you with finding employment such as creating a resume or filling out a job application. They can also make referrals to community support services that assist with housing, transportation, healthcare and childcare. There is no cost to receive help from these services.
