A standout therapy session is led by Maverick and Goose, the Twin Lakes therapy cows which serve as emotional support animals and help clients reduce stress during recovery.

Twin Lakes offers multiple aftercare resources to help patients maintain sobriety. These include their alumni support meetings which are held weekly. Residents that complete the program are also encouraged to download their CaredFor app which tracks sobriety milestones, provides resources and connects them with recovery experts.
