About Trilogy Behavioral Healthcare
Trilogy Behavioral Healthcare is a nonprofit behavioral health organization based in Chicago's Rogers Park neighborhood, providing integrated mental health and substance use services across the city.
The team offers outpatient therapy, psychiatry, medication management, crisis response and cooccurring care for adults.
Since 1971, Trilogy has worked to meet people where they are, offering community based care to anyone seeking support regardless of ability to pay.
CBT and DBT
Trilogy specializes in helping people manage cooccurring mental health and substance use challenges through a fully integrated care model.
Services include substance use disorder counseling, psychiatry, primary care, psychological testing and wraparound support for those facing homelessness or serious mental illness.
Treatment draws on CBT and DBT, paired with case management and assertive community treatment.
Sessions focus on stabilization, coping skills and long term recovery.
Peer Support and Mobile Crisis Response
The Rogers Park site is home to The Beacon, a peer led drop in center offering coping skills activities, symptom self management and socialization.
Trilogy also operates a Mobile Crisis Response team and the PATH program, connecting people experiencing homelessness with counseling, behavioral health care and housing placement.
Access, Coverage and Getting Started
Trilogy serves clients in person at its Rogers Park hub and through community based outreach across Chicago, Skokie and Evanston.
The organization accepts Medicaid, Medicare, select private insurance and self pay, with sliding scale fees and financial assistance available.
