About Teen Challenge Middle Georgias Mens Center
For over 60 years, Teen Challenge has helped people overcome addiction through residential Christian drug rehab programs. Their Georgia Men’s Rehab is located in a quiet rural area in Duluth, Georgia, just 30 miles northeast of Atlanta, They help men aged 18 and older who struggle with substance use disorders (SUDs) including alcohol and opioid abuse.

The year-long program starts with detox. Once you’re clean, you’ll move through several stages including recovery, renewal and restoration. I like that they don’t offer quick fixes because healing from addiction takes time and many programs rush you to return to normal life before you’re ready.
They go beyond traditional therapies and also use trauma-informed care to help men heal from past wounds. Something else that stands out to me is that they teach crisis prevention strategies to deal with tough situations that could otherwise derail your progress.
