St. Christophers Addiction Wellness Center

St. Christopher’s is a comprehensive addiction recovery center offering medically monitored detox, inpatient, outpatient, sober living, and aftercare programs. The inpatient program is for men, but they offer outpatient care for both men and women. The facility is in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, about seven miles from the vibrant downtown city center with its historic neighborhoods and thriving arts and entertainment scene. If appropriate, you’ll start your sober journey in their inpatient detox unit, where you’ll have full medical care as you rid your body of toxins.

After detox, you may choose the residential treatment program. This is abstinence based and follows the 12 Step model of recovery. The program includes nursing services around the clock. You’ll eat healthy, nutritious meals and have the opportunity to work on your physical fitness.

You’ll work through not only your addiction issues, but any co-occurring mental health challenges you may have. The facility has the personnel and resources to offer comprehensive treatment for those with addiction and mental health issues.

Personal Trainer and Cutting Edge Wellness Center

The facility offers a cutting edge wellness center with a certified personal trainer on staff. Trainers design an exercise program to meet your needs and goals and work within your physical abilities.

You’ll work individually with the trainer and also in groups. Groups help challenge you to rise to your full potential while building lasting relationships. The wellness component of the treatment program helps increase energy and build better self esteem.
