SOZO Recovery Center is located in Jessieville, Arkansas. Medically Supervised Detox for Men
You may need to start your recovery journey with detox, and the medical team here provides a comprehensive detox process. This includes an initial clinical evaluation, then there’s the stabilization process in which your withdrawal symptoms are appropriately managed. Next, you’ll move into the final therapy stage, where a long term recovery plan is created for you. Most men will transition to the residential or outpatient treatment program after detox for continuing care.
Recovering in a Structured, Home Like Environment
The Jessieville facility sits on an 11-acre campus where you’ll find three residential buildings. There's also a fully equipped fitness center, sand volleyball courts, an outdoor basketball court, and classrooms where counseling takes place.
There are walking trails along the property and you can stroll around and enjoy the thoughtfully designed landscaping, which really accentuates the inviting and welcoming atmosphere here.
The recovery homes are quaint, offering a safe and comfortable place for you to live, and some of the homes have working gardens in the backyard, hammocks where you can enjoy Arkansas' temperate weather, and other quiet spots where you can reflect on your recovery.
Recovery Through Faith
There's a strong focus on faith based counseling and you'll be encouraged to lean on your faith during challenging moments in recovery. Of course, there are also traditional approaches to care such as the use of cognitive behavioral therapy, support for co occurring mental health struggles, and holistic therapies.
