About Sobriety First
Sobriety First is an outpatient addiction treatment center in Saint Cloud, Minnesota offering substance use treatment and recovery coaching in addition to court related education services.
The St. Cloud office provides regular and intensive outpatient programming with assessments and family focused intervention services for adults across Central Minnesota.
What kinds of addiction treatment are offered?
Sobriety First provides intensive outpatient programming with three progressive phases and an optional aftercare phase plus regular outpatient treatment.
Therapies include cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing using the Matrix Model, trauma related counseling and anger management, relapse prevention, and 12 step facilitation. Peer recovery coaching and free intervention services are also available.
Who can get help here?
The St. Cloud center serves adults seeking help for substance use concerns with programming options for young adults, men, and women.
Court involved clients can access AOD education, DUI education, and Driving With Care classes. Family members are welcomed through integrated family programming.
Do you take insurance or self-pay?
Sobriety First accepts Medicaid, private insurance, state-financed health insurance, and self pay, and financial assistance may be available. Standalone education programs have set fees and require a deposit unless included in a treatment plan.
