About Sober Living America
Close to I-85 and I-285, Sober Living America is a sober living home in Atlanta. You can move in the same day, into a shared apartment at Summit View Apartments.
They take residents in recovery who live near Fulton County in Georgia, and it's peer support through the roommates in each apartment.
Sober Living, Not Outpatient
This Atlanta location doesn't include outpatient treatment, and mental health care isn't part of it either. Days cover recovery education, life skills and faith exploration, and residents stay overnight instead of going home each evening, so the day doesn't end with a trip to a separate place to sleep.
Sober Living America holds 12-step meetings every day, and you live around other sober people. They partner with local staffing agencies for career development, and vans take residents to work, to AA or NA, to church and on errands.
If you're worried about money before move-in, admission does not require funds, and the START-UP Program is there for your first four days. It's four days.
