SOBA Texas is a San Antonio addiction treatment center serving adults and young adults with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.
The program offers a full continuum of care from medical detox and residential treatment through outpatient services, sober living and aftercare.
Set on a country ranch spanning more than 20 acres SOBA Texas combines clinical care with a private, nature-oriented environment designed to support lasting recovery.
A Continuum of Care
SOBA Texas provides treatment for alcohol, opioid, benzodiazepine, cocaine and methamphetamine addiction across every stage of recovery.
Detox options include medically supported approaches such as buprenorphine and clonidine protocols followed by short and long-term residential care guided by a structured multi-phase model.
Treatment focuses on proven therapies including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, relapse prevention and 12-step facilitation.
Clients participate in counseling sessions with case management and discharge planning to support each step of the journey toward sustained sobriety.
Trauma-Informed Care
SOBA Texas treats co-occurring mental health conditions alongside substance use addressing the deeper roots of addiction.
The program incorporates trauma-related counseling, EMDR, anger management and contingency management to help clients heal from underlying experiences.
This integrated approach supports both recovery and long-term emotional wellness.
