Dual Diagnosis Residential Treatment
Rainbow's End specializes in dual-diagnosis residential care for adults navigating addiction alongside PTSD, depression, anxiety or bipolar disorder.
With a maximum of 14 clients, the program is built around individualized treatment planning, a high staff-to-client ratio and 24-hour live-in support that includes medical detox and aftercare planning.
Clients participate in structured therapy, trauma-focused modalities like EMDR and narrative therapy and a variety of recovery models including AA/NA, SMART Recovery, Celebrate Recovery and Dharma Recovery.
Experiential Healing
Trauma treatment is woven throughout the program with specialized support for veterans, chronic relapse and clients with histories of abuse or domestic violence.
Equine-enhanced interventions, fly-fishing, hiking and outdoor outings complement clinical therapy, offering experiential ways to build coping skills and reconnect with self.
The center is located about seven miles north of Challis, Idaho, offering travel assistance from nearby regional airports.
