PORT Health Greenville Adolescent is a residential and day treatment program in Greenville, North Carolina.

Residential Teen Substance Use Treatment
This adolescent-focused program provides 24/7 supervised residential care alongside day treatment options for North Carolina teens with substance use diagnoses.
Daily individual and group therapy is delivered using evidence-based best practices, supported by psychiatric evaluations and medication management as needed.
Treatment also incorporates art, music therapy, yoga, sports, recreational activities and community outings to engage teens in healthy routines.
Onsite academic classes run Monday through Friday, helping residents stay on track with school while addressing the root causes of substance use.
Family Engagement and Continuing Care
Family participation is a structured part of the program, including phone calls, visitation, home visits, child family team meetings and family events.
The clinical team also introduces teens and families to community-based recovery resources to support a smooth transition after discharge.

The Greenville campus at 116 Health Drive serves Pitt County and surrounding eastern North Carolina counties, providing in person residential and day treatment for adolescents.
The program accepts Medicaid, Medicare, TRICARE, private insurance and self pay.
