About Maryhaven
Maryhaven is a nonprofit addiction treatment center in Columbus, Ohio, offering a full continuum of substance use and problem gambling services for adults and adolescents in Central Ohio. With a central intake hub at 1791 Alum Creek Drive, Maryhaven provides detox, residential, outpatient and medication assisted treatment (MAT) to support individuals at every stage of recovery.
Addiction Medication Assisted Treatment Options
As one of the region's most comprehensive behavioral health providers, Maryhaven combines evidence based care with specialized programming for co occurring disorders and diverse populations.
Treatment often begins with a central intake assessment at the Alum Creek Drive campus, where clients can access medically monitored detox, residential care, or step directly into outpatient services based on individual need. Maryhaven's continuum includes dedicated tracks for opioid use disorder, with MAT options (methadone, buprenorphine and Vivitrol) integrated alongside counseling and peer support.
Residential and Outpatient Treatment with Dedicated Gambling Intervention
In residential and outpatient settings, clients receive evidence based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and rational behavior therapy, addressing both addiction and co occurring mental health challenges. Maryhaven also offers a dedicated problem gambling intervention program, making it a unique resource for individuals struggling with gambling alongside or in place of substance use.
