About Island Integrated Health
Island Integrated Health is an outpatient addiction treatment center in Honolulu, Hawaii, providing comprehensive care for adults and young adults facing substance use disorders.
With services ranging from intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) to telehealth counseling and medication assisted treatment (MAT), the program meets clients where they are in their recovery journey. Island Integrated Health takes a trauma informed, evidence based approach that addresses both addiction and co occurring mental health conditions.
Outpatient Detoxification and Various Outpatient Services
Clients can access a full continuum of outpatient services, including outpatient detoxification, partial hospitalization (day treatment), intensive outpatient (IOP) and standard outpatient care. Treatment begins with a thorough assessment to determine the right level of support and clients can step up or down between programs as their needs evolve.
Services integrate individual, group, family and couples counseling with proven therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, contingency management and relapse prevention. Island Integrated Health also offers MAT using buprenorphine, naltrexone and other medications to support opioid and alcohol use disorder recovery, alongside wraparound supports, like employment counseling, peer mentoring, housing services and naloxone education.
