About Hope House Treatment Center
Hope House Treatment Center provides inpatient and outpatient services to people fighting substance use disorders (SUDs) in Crownsville, Maryland. Not only does this facility provide SUD care, but it also supports dual diagnosis treatment to help get to some of the potential root issues that led to your addiction. You’ll receive round the clock care with the option to step down to less intensive care as your sobriety progresses. Hope House accepts most major insurance and Medicaid.
Inpatient Treatment Support
If you’re experiencing more severe addiction, trying to get sober while also living in your regular environment might not be a good idea. Hope House’s inpatient program can help you by offering medication assisted treatment (MAT) to help you safely wean off of substances and reduce the experience of withdrawal symptoms. This service is provided for both alcohol and other substances.
MAT is offered as a companion program along with counseling, toxicology screening, and educational services to help you better understand how to avoid relapse. Beyond MAT, the inpatient program is a 30-day program to help you get sober and build a toolset to maintain that sobriety.
SUD Outpatient Programs
Hope House offers two core outpatient programs. The intensive outpatient program (IOP) is designed as a step-down approach for someone who has completed an inpatient or detox program. This allows people to integrate back into regular life to maintain work or school obligations while still having more intensive access to counseling and SUD services.
Meanwhile, the standard outpatient program is ideal for someone who wants to continue having counseling support but has built an effective toolbox to maintain sobriety. Outpatient services can also include self help groups, 12 Step programs, and access to peer support communities.
