Outpatient

Outpatient treatment often follows a stay in residential care or a fuller weekly schedule. The work of recovery continues while life at home starts up again.

Aftercare support

Planning often unfolds in the final weeks of treatment, when discharge goals and continuing care options are reviewed together in Hawaii.

Co-occurring disorders

People who face a substance use disorder and a mental health condition together are often described as having a dual diagnosis.
