TBC’s intensive outpatient program is a 15-week intervention consisting of group therapy sessions and confidential individual sessions during evening hours from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Their 12-16 week supportive outpatient program meets in mornings and evenings.

If you struggle with managing intense emotions, their 12-week manager management program offers cognitive behavioral therapy and play therapy to help you identify faulty thought patterns and learn valuable coping strategies.
