Evolve Teen Outpatient Treatment Center in San Jose, California is an adolescent substance use and mental health treatment provider serving teens ages 12 to 17 throughout Silicon Valley.
The program offers structured outpatient care including a full day Partial Hospitalization Program and an after school Intensive Outpatient Program with a focus on evidence based treatment.
What kinds of treatment does Evolve offer?
Evolve provides a Partial Hospitalization Program running weekdays from 9am to 4pm and an Intensive Outpatient Program held Monday through Thursday from 4pm to 7pm.
Care includes psychiatry and counseling, family therapy, DBT, and CBT. Other modalities include motivational Interviewing, experiential therapy through art and music, and SMART Recovery when applicable. Each level of care is capped at 12 clients.
