They offer outpatient dosing and counseling to help you get clean. They’ll administer a dose of methadone each day until you stabilize. Eventually, you’ll be able to take multiple doses home so you won’t have to come into the clinic each day. Individual counseling is also part of your treatment. East Texas Clinic accepts self-pay only through cash or money orders.
