About Eagle Ranch Academy
Eagle Ranch Academy is a CARF accredited teen residential treatment center in Saint George, Utah providing adolescent mental health and substance use treatment for boys and girls ages 12 to 17.
The program offers residential treatment, day treatment and intensive outpatient services, with integrated care for co-occurring substance use and mental health concerns.
Eagle Ranch Academy follows a choice based, values driven approach focused on long term change, family reunification and internal motivation rather than point or level systems.
Adolescent Treatment Programs
Care typically begins with a clinical assessment to determine the appropriate level of support, which may include residential treatment, day treatment or intensive outpatient services.
Each program blends individual, group and family therapy with academics on a 3 acre Southern Utah campus.
Teens can expect 1 to 3 individual sessions weekly, daily group therapy and weekly family therapy, supported by an on site psychiatrist and full time RN.
Evidence based modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy, trauma focused CBT and Seeking Safety, EMDR when appropriate and 12 step education with relapse prevention planning.
