Isaiah House operates an outpatient clinic called Real Hope Behavioral Health. They’re located in Danville, Kentucky, and offer treatment for both drug and alcohol addiction as well as co-occurring mental health issues. This outpatient clinic has a lot to offer its clients even though they are only offering services at the outpatient level of care.

If you have the need for a DUI assessment or DUI court-approved classes, they can help. They have a court-ordered intensive outpatient treatment program, which I really appreciate seeing. They even offer Casey’s Law assessments.
If you're first needing to detox from your addiction, they offer withdrawal management through medication assisted treatment (MAT) and can help by prescribing you medications that are FDA-approved such as Suboxone, Vivitrol, or Sublocade.
They can also help you out by getting you psychologically tested so that you can get an individualized treatment plan that fits your needs specifically. They also offer crisis therapy if you are in the middle of an acute mental health crisis.
Their 12 Step recovery meetings are a good way to get a good foundation going while you take advantage of their other offerings. They also offer targeted case management, recovery and coping skills, drug testing, medical evaluations and monitoring, and aftercare planning.
