Crossroads Kennebunk – CLOSED

Crossroads Kennebunk was located in Kennebunk, Maine, and provided treatment that helped people with substance abuse and mental health problems. It was an outpatient center for individuals who were starting recovery or might be at risk of relapse. There was also an intensive outpatient program (IOP) which was for adults and young adults. They accepted most private insurance plans, Medicaid, Medicare, TRICARE and self-pay options which made it easy for patients to get the help they needed.

Dual Diagnosis Treatment

Crossroads used therapies that work like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and motivational interviewing (MI). They also used programs tailored for trauma victims and used 12 Step programs too. This helped people think about the past and helped them build a strong long-lasting recovery.

Their co-occurring disorders program addressed mental health and substance abuse problems that happened at the same time. Services included talking to a counselor alone or through group meetings.
