Detox

Detox treatment takes its own amount of time for each person. How long it lasts depends on the substance involved and on the person going through it.

Outpatient

Outpatient care fits people whose needs are mild and steady and whose home life is supportive. It is often a first step into treatment.

Co-occurring disorders

When care in New York addresses both conditions, therapy and psychiatric support can work as one team. Sessions give each part of treatment the same goal.

Sober living

Visiting a few homes shows how much the day-to-day expectations can differ from one to the next.
